Not Just Movement, YOGA is a way of life.
Having explored YOGA purely as a form of movement twenty years ago when I had just begun my journey in YOGA, I clearly remember the first time, after only a few weeks of practice, I could actually touch my toes! That simple achievement felt extremely special and magical & made me realise that YOGA is simply all about practice.

Having said that, practicing for over 20 years now, I realise, that YOGA is not simply about touching your toes, but it is about what you learn on the way down!
YOGA helps us not only to become physically fit, mentally calm and emotionally uplifted but also changes our way of thinking completely.  YOGA has taught me to be mindful of what I eat, the company I keep, how I treat myself, how I respond to my environment and mostly, it teaches me awareness of the state of my mind.

And it ALL BEGINS ON THE MAT!

So roll out that mat, and explore your experience in YOGA and discover so many aspects and benefits from it, which we realise only once we practice. No matter what the question, the answer is YOGA and practice!

It truly is a healthy addiction that has motivated me to share my experience with my wonderful students and practitioners. YOGA is a companion I have found for life! And it has become my direction, my purpose and my journey.

I feel fortunate to also have found parallel forms of movement to YOGA in PILATES & 
ANIMAL FLOW.

Pilates is a wonderful from of exercise to strengthen the core and work on true internal strength.
Animal Flow is a beautiful form of exercise working through mobility, strength and endurance, all at once!

So Roll out that MAT and MOVE!
